I. Account Registration and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Pocketstudio.ai is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

You must not reverse engineer, scrape, bypass safeguards, or misuse outputs for training competing models.

You retain ownership of your Prompts. We assign our rights in Outputs to you, subject to compliance.

Subscriptions
Prices and credits may change with prior notice. Renewals are automatic unless canceled.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
IX & X. Legal Limitations
• SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
• TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR USD 100.
• COARTS OF INDIA / SINGAPORE SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION.
